This Privacy Policy explains how Swastik AI Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), operator of the Spectre platform, collects and uses your data. It is governed by the laws of India.
Account details from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile image), content you create in the platform (workspaces, missions, boards), billing metadata, and basic usage/diagnostic data.
To provide and secure the service, operate your workspaces, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
We share limited data with sub-processors strictly to run the service: AI providers Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google (Gemini) process the prompts/objectives you submit to generate results; Razorpay processes payments and related contact details; MongoDB-backed infrastructure stores your content. Do not submit data you are not authorised to share.
Your data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal/accounting needs. To request access or deletion, email hello@spectre-ai.in.
Access is authenticated and role-scoped. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
Grievance Officer: reachable at hello@spectre-ai.in. Registered office and GSTIN of Swastik AI Labs Pvt Ltd are available on request. We respond to grievances in line with applicable Indian law.
