Refunds & Cancellation
This policy covers monthly subscription payments made to Swastik AI Labs Pvt Ltd through Razorpay for the Spectre platform.
Subscriptions & renewals
Plans are billed monthly in INR. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime by emailing hello@spectre-ai.in. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you were charged in error or experienced a verified service failure, email hello@spectre-ai.in within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay and your bank's timelines.
